2023 Blue Collar Christmas

Following the launch of the Blue Collar Christmas events in 2022 on Kauai and Hawaii, UPW expanded and brought holiday cheer to foster children on all four major islands in 2023. In partnership with Catholic Charities of Hawaii, UPW members and volunteers helped organize arts and crafts activities, photo booths, and food and snacks for the children and their families. Generous donors across the state provided gifts ensuring every keiki went home with their hands full.

2023 Labor Unity Picnic

Photos from the 2023 Labor Unity Picnic supporting Maui relief efforts. The event was postponed from the usual Labor Day weekend to the Saturday before Halloween. Members and families from UPW and other participating unions showed up in their Halloween costumes to showcase the combined strength of Hawaii unions and help our Maui communities.
