Despite Governor David Ige’s suspension of HRS 89 during the pandemic, our collective bargaining rights have been upheld, acknowledging the dangers faced by our workers and reinforcing the validity of our contract.

These MOUs, MOAs, and Supplemental Agreements are separate agreements outside of the master contracts, specific to individual units, multiple units, or entire jurisdictions.

These agreements directly affect you, your job, and your working conditions.

We are hopeful to continue bargaining and to reach a tentative agreement that members will have the opportunity to vote on.
