We partner with various businesses to bring members discounts on products and services.

The MAF is a self-administered hospitalization plan for UPW members, Spouses, and Dependent children.  The cost is $1.00 per participant per month.  The MAF plan pays thirty dollars ($30.00) per day for each qualified hospitalization stay.  MAF is effective sixty (60) days from the enrollment date.  Open enrollment is year-round. Offers Group Term Life Insurance to UPW Members, Spouses, and Dependent children from fourteen (14) days to nineteen (19) years. Dependent children of Members are eligible for either $5,000.00 life insurance coverage at a monthly cost of $1.00 or $10,000.00 life insurance coverage at a monthly cost of $2.00. Children who are full-time students at an accredited college or university, solely dependent on the Member for support and maintenance, are eligible up to age twenty-five (25). Applications are available at the UPW Office on each island. Open enrollment is from May 1 – July 31.
