Affected positions include those in the following departments: Department of Agriculture, Department of Accounting and General Services, Department of Transportation, Department of Defense, Department of Health, Department of Human Services, Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Department of Hawaiian Homelands, Hawaii State Public Library System.
Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (formerly Department of Public Safety) staff employed during the pandemic in Hawaii within Bargaining Units 1 and 10 will benefit from a Temporary Hazard Pay award as detailed here.
