The UPW Ohana is deeply saddened by the passing of former Hawaii Island mayor and friend, Billy Kenoi. He brought aloha, energy, and a can-do attitude not only to the mayor’s office but to everyone whose life he touched. We were privileged to have him speak at a few of our events and share his mana’o with our members and staff in his usual passionate and inspirational style. Our deepest condolences go out to his family. May he rest in peace.
