  • Support proposals for the creation of new jobs
  • Oppose the privatization of public jobs
  • Support the preservation of Chapter 89 (Collective Bargaining)
  • Support proposals that allow wages and benefits to keep up with the cost of living
  • Support the improvement of retirement benefits for public employees

Health Care

  • Support legislation to lower the cost of prescription drugs
  • Support the improvement of health care benefits for public employees

Retirement Benefits

  • Support legislation that would allow pensions to keep up with the cost of living
  • Support the improvement of health care benefits for retired public employees

Federal

  • Support federal investment in public and private sector jobs
  • Oppose severe cuts to vital public service programs such as Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare, and SNAP
  • Support legislation that would have the wealthy and corporations pay their fair share
