Nomination: November 20, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. – UPW Maui Division Conference Room – 841 Kolu Street, Wailuku, HI 96793.
Election: Voting will be by secret ballot mailed on or about December 20, 2019. All mail-in ballots must be received no later than January 6, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. to be accepted. Ballot counting will be held on January 6, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the UPW Maui Division Conference Room – 841 Kolu Street, Wailuku, HI, 96793
A candidate is required to receive a majority of the votes cast to be declared elected.
Should no candidate receive a majority vote, a run-off election will be held.
