Although each individual may have different reasons for participating in a specific learning session, the motive or agenda of these learning sessions is to help each participant learn something valuable. As such, all presenters and participants are expected to abide by the UPW Standard of Conduct to promote an inclusive, interactive, and engaging learning environment for our members.
