State Executive Board Meeting

Members addressing the SEB are required to follow the adopted guidelines as follows:

• Submit a written proposal seven (7) days prior to the SEB meeting. The SEB will send a confirmation upon receiving the proposal.
• The guest speaker will be given five (5) minutes to speak. The SEB may approve extended time.
• The SEB may approve the guest speaker on the agenda.
• The guest speaker must conduct themselves in a professional and business-like manner.
