Emergency Food Assistance by Appointment

United Public Workers has partnered with Maui Food Bank to provide Emergency Food Assistance for United Public Workers members on Strike against Maui Health System. We understand that times can be challenging, and we are here to lend a helping hand. Our program provides food boxes to those in need, and we invite members of United Public Workers on strike against Maui Health System struggling to access adequate food and nutrition to sign up and schedule a pickup time.

Food Assistance is by appointment only. Applicants must fill out the TEFAP Distribution form, which our partner at Maui Food Bank requires to help them better understand each need. Once completed, members can proceed to the appointment page to schedule a date and time for pickup. Our distribution dates are Saturdays, beginning March 18, 2023, through April 29, 2023, from 10 am to 3 pm by appointment only.

Our goal is to provide food assistance to those who need it most, and we appreciate the support of Maui Food Bank, our community members, and volunteers.
