EUTF Health Benefit Plans Open Enrollment

November 2-30, 2009

As a state or county UPW member you will be receiving a notice regarding the Hawaii Employer-Union Benefits Trust Fund's open enrollment period from November 2, 2009 through November 30, 2009. The EUTF board finalized the plans and rates [County Active Employees (pdf), State Active Employees (pdf)] for the remainder of the benefit plan year (January 1, 2010 through June 30, 2010).

Please note that there are some changes to the rates and plan offerings. Two preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans continue to be offered, but effective January 1, 2010, HMA will administer the 90/10 PPO plan and HMSA will administer the 80/20 benefit plan. The premiums have changed for some of the plans. See, EUTF October Newsletter (pdf).
